On this trip we stayed at Stella Mare RV Resort on the west end of the island. We'll show you some of the resort and talk a little bit about our experience there. We'll also take you on a drive down the historic Galveston Seawall and share some of the local history. And we cap it all off with a discussion of some of our favorite places to eat when we're down in Galveston, including The Original Mexican Cafe which has been serving Galveston from the same location since 1916!
This was a quick weekend trip to celebrate our son's high school graduation. But we'll be spending more time down on the island in the coming months. As usual, we met some great folks on this trip.
