Behind the Scenes of Our Trip to Fort Worth

Fort Worth Road Trip

In this RV travel video, we take you behind the scenes on our roadtrip to Fort Worth, Texas where we visited Regency RV. Regency manufactures Class B motorhomes right here in Texas. Our next published video will be our tour of the Regency RV facility. Our plan is for our Regency tour to be the first in a series we're calling "Made in Texas". We want to highlight RV manufacturers and companies who produce products that benefit RVers right here in the Lone Star State. If you know of a company we should include in this series, please let us know about them. You can leave a comment for us on this video on YouTube or contact us via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Google+.

One of our favorite parts of this road trip (or of any road trip, really) are the super nice security rest stops. Over the past few years, the State of Texas has been replacing the old basic rest stops with these new, very nice "secure rest stops". We really like that they work in historical information about the area, offer plenty of RV and truck parking, shaded picnic tables, vending machines, indoor air conditioned seating, clean restrooms, grassy areas and a playground for kids. These new roadside stops are a great addition to our highways and we are always glad to find one!
